Welcome to the Manawatu Camera Club. The Club's aim is to promote the enjoyment of photography for individuals and the community.
We have an exciting programme with workshops, visiting evaluators, trips and social events.
Do join us at the Awapuni Community Centre, 22 Newbury Street, Awapuni, on the second Monday of each month (January excluded), for Photo Judging. We have practical nights on the fourth Monday of the month - venue changes.! For specific details of each night, including the occasional meeting at a different venue, please check the upcoming events page. Visitors are always welcome. Start time is 7.00pm (note new time as of March 2025).
There is no requirement to enter competitions. If you enjoy photography and wish to enjoy the social side of photography - we welcome you and your family! Visitors may like to attend meetings two or three times before deciding to join the Club.
