JUDGING.

Judge live, remotely, or offline

Judges can score live on club night or remotely online. For judging without a connection, the session exports as a self-contained offline runner — the full scoring tools, working locally — and completed scores import back to compile results automatically either way.

  • Projector mode presents images, scores and winners to the room — the scoring controls stay hidden from the audience
  • Remote online judging with critiques
  • Offline judging in an exportable runner with the full scoring tools — no connection needed on the night

CLUB MANAGEMENT.

Membership, events, galleries and administration

One member register replaces the spreadsheet, the email list and the payment chasing. Members join and renew online, events take bookings, and club galleries grow from every competition.

  • Online joining, renewals and payments
  • Events with bookings, reminders and attendance
  • Club galleries and a single admin dashboard
WEBSITES & PORTFOLIOS.

A hosted club website that looks after itself

Your club gets a modern public website that shows current competitions, released results, winner galleries, meeting details and events — drawn from the platform, so nobody has to keep a separate site updated. Members get portfolios of their own.

  • Hosted club website with a live editor and custom domains
  • Competitions, results and events appear on the site automatically
  • Member portfolios with award histories

Built in South Australia and already supporting metropolitan and regional photographic clubs

Uploading images into the Gallery is a simple process, as is selecting chosen entries to upload into the Competitions page. More club members have been entering competitions — a positive outcome from our club adopting CameraComp.

What members say

Since our club switched to CameraComp, submitting entries into our competitions has been so straightforward. No worries about renaming or resizing images before submitting — and I love that I can upload photos as I go, ready for a future competition.

Very easy and intuitive. I upload competition photos to My Gallery, keyword them and submit them to the competition — and I can see my results for each competition. The software does the work for you.

Common questions

Does CameraComp support offline judging?

Yes. The judging session exports as a self-contained offline runner with the full scoring tools, so the whole night can run without a connection. Completed scores import back into the platform, where results are compiled automatically.

Can judging be done remotely?

Yes. Judges can score live on club night or remotely online, with the same scoring engine and automatic results either way. On the night, projector mode presents images, scores and outcomes to the room while keeping the scoring controls hidden.

Do members need to resize or rename their photos?

No. Members upload from any device and CameraComp prepares the images automatically — no manual resizing, renaming or emailing files around.

Can CameraComp host our club website?

Yes. Clubs get a hosted website with galleries, competitions, meeting information and events, managed from the same admin dashboard — custom domains supported.

Is there a limit on members or competitions?

No. The CameraComp club plan includes unlimited members and unlimited competitions.
