Something not working?
Most issues can be resolved with a few simple steps. Try these first:
Refresh the page
Many issues are resolved by refreshing. Press Ctrl+R (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac).
Check your internet
Uploads and saves require a stable connection. Try loading another website to test.
Wait and retry
If something timed out, wait 30 seconds and try again. Our servers may be busy.
Common issues
Can't log in?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. Check your spam folder for the reset email.
Upload failing?
Make sure your file is a JPEG under 10MB. Try renaming the file to remove special characters.
Entry not showing?
Refresh the competition page. If still missing, check your "My Entries" list to confirm it was submitted.
Panel/drawer won't open?
Refresh the page and try again. If it persists, clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
