Club Admin Quickstart

Welcome to CameraComp. This guide covers the essentials for running your club's competitions.

1. Create a competition

From your Admin Dashboard, click "Create Competition" and follow the wizard:

  • Set the title, dates, and theme (if applicable)
  • Choose categories (Colour Open, Monochrome, etc.)
  • Configure judging criteria and scoring method
  • Set entry limits and awards

2. Open for entries

When ready, change the status to "Open". Members will see the competition and can start submitting entries. You can close entries manually or let the deadline handle it.

3. Assign judges

Go to the Judging tab and assign one or more judges. They'll receive access to the judging interface where entries appear anonymously.

4. Publish results

Once judging is complete, review the results and click "Publish". Members will see their scores in their dashboard. You can generate certificates for winners.

5. Member management

Use the Members tab to approve new registrations, update roles, and manage your club roster. You can invite new members via email.
